All work is completed to the standards of The Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps. After payment, an insurance-recognized Certificate of Sweeping from The Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps will be issued.

Additional work, such as bird nest removal or stove repairs, will incur extra charges.

For properties taller than two storeys, an additional service charge of £10 will apply per extra storey.
